Our Imperial Majesty, as Austenasian Emperor and Autocrat of the Romans, noting our descent from the Twenty-seventh and Ptolemaic Dynasties of Egypt, hereby invests our own Imperial person with the title and office of Pharaoh, to reign as such with the regnal name of Ptolemy XVII Eupatores, with the title and office of Pharaoh to be held in hereditary possession by the heirs of our ancient and imperial bloodline in recognition of the imperium of the Emperors.
Furthermore, as a descendant of the kings of the Median, Achaemenid, Seleucid, and Parthian dynasties of Persia, we hereby claim the title King of Persia, with said title to be held in hereditary possession by the heirs of our ancient and imperial bloodline.
As Pharaoh and King of Persia, we make no claims at present to sovereignty over either the Arab Republic of Egypt or the Islamic Republic of Iran, beyond presenting our Imperial person as the rightful claimant to the throne should either country restore its monarchy.
Furthermore, in recognition of our descent from the Diadochi – namely Ptolemy, Seleucus, Antipater, Lysimachus and Antigonus – we decree that henceforth the crown featured on our Imperial Cipher shall be replaced with the Vergina Sun.
