The purpose of this Act is to annex the Borough of Alexandria to the Empire of Austenasia and to grant Subjectship to recent immigrants residing within the City of New Richmond.

2576 Turkey Creek Road, Belfry, Kentucky is hereby annexed to the Empire of Austenasia in accordance with the wishes and request of the owners and residents of said land. Said land shall be renamed Alexandria, and is annexed to the City of New Richmond.

In accordance with Article III, Section B, Paragraph D of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the status of Subject is hereby granted by Parliament to Haley Joann Christman and Alex Andrew Francis of Alexandria, New Richmond and to Monica Kennedy Jaber of Saint Josephsburg, New Richmond.
