The purpose of this Act is to annex Bregusland and Green Gate as Austenasian Territories, to provide for the establishing of their spheres of influence, to rename Beith Craobh Iostan to Iostan na Beithe, to fill empty positions within the landed nobility, and to grant non-residential subjectship to the two newest Austenasian governors and to Duke Bradley of Dullahan.

By the request and with the consent of its owner, the patio adjoining the property at 33.356040, -111.783149 is hereby annexed by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Territory of Bregusland.

Bregusland is in the Province of Greater Bregusland, which is in the Duchy of Occidentia, which is in the Region of Northern Austenasia.

Charles Ross is hereby appointed Duke of Occidentia and Governor of Bregusland. James Ellis is hereby appointed Baron of Bregusland and Deputy Governor of Bregusland.

With the consent of its owner, the roughly 6,028 sq foot area of land situated at 51°24’39.13″N 0°14’57.9″W and owned by Joost Smith is hereby annexed by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Territory of Green Gate.

Green Gate is in the Province of Greater Wrythe.

Zarel Smith is hereby appointed Baron of Green Gate and Governor of Green Gate.

The spheres of influence of Bregusland and of Green Gate shall be delineated by Imperial Edict.

The Territory of Beith Craobh Iostan is hereby renamed to the Territory of Iostan na Beithe, after consultation in regards to the correct Gaelic translation of “Birch Tree Cottage”.

In accordance with Article XI, Section J of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, Parliament hereby grants to the Monarch the right to bestow the currently vacant titles of Landed Nobility, that is, Duke/Duchess of New Virginia, Count/Countess of Greater Bregusland, Count/Countess of Linnheside, Count/Countess of Rokytka and Baron/Baroness of Glencoe. Future vacancies in the Landed Nobility may be filled by Imperial Decree or Imperial Edict.

Charles Ross, Zarel Smith, and Duke Bradley of Dullahan are hereby granted non-residential subjectship of the Empire of Austenasia.
