The purpose of this Act is to redefine the territory of the Town of New Richmond and to revoke certain individuals of their subjectship.

North New Richmond is henceforth ceded to the United States of America. Austenasian sovereignty over said property is hereby relinquished.

The western half of Saint Josephsburg and the strip of land which connects the western and eastern halves of the area are henceforth ceded to the United States of America. Austenasian sovereignty over said property is hereby relinquished. Furthermore, in accordance with the wishes of the residents of said property, the subjectship of the residents of that property is henceforth revoked.

The territory over which the bedroom in 73 Spring Branch, Hatfield, Kentucky 41514 allocated to Victoria and Ashley Howell (as of the date of this Act) is situated is hereby annexed to the Empire of Austenasia as an area of the Town of New Richmond by request of the residents and with the consent of the owner of said land. The residents of said territory hereby admitted as subjects of Austenasia. The name of the territory shall be determined by the Town Council of New Richmond.

The new territory of the Baroness of New Richmond and her husband is hereby annexed to the Empire of Austenasia as an area of the Town of New Richmond by request of the residents and with the consent of the owner of said land. The name of the territory shall be determined by the Town Council of New Richmond.
