This Imperial Decree shall come into force later today at 10:30 Eastern Standard Time, that is, at 15:30 British Summer Time.
By the wishes and with the consent of its owners and residents, 71 Welldigger Road, New Richmond is hereby ceded to the United States of America, with Austenasian sovereignty over said property hereby relinquished. In regards to the migration of the Austenasians formerly living at 71 Welldigger Road to a new home in Forest Hills, Kentucky (41527), the land in Forest Hills currently under occupation by the 1st Iosephus Flotilla (which comprises said new home) is hereby annexed by and to the Empire of Austenasia in accordance with the wishes and request of the new owners and residents of said land. Said land is hereby named New St. Josephsburg, is annexed to the Town of New Richmond, and shall have its precise borders and boundaries with the United States of America delineated by New Richmond Town Council and the 1st Iosephus Flotilla at the earliest suitable opportunity.
We further decree that as of the confirmation by Parliament of this Imperial Decree, the necessary and appropriate amendments to the Sphere of Influence of New Richmond shall be made by Parliament.
