The purpose of this Act is to cede New Saint Josephsburg to the United States of America at midnight on 1 October 2018 in return for the immediate annexation of North New Saint Josephsburg.

The borough of New Saint Josephsburg, New Richmond shall, at midnight local time on the morning of 1 October 2018, be ceded to the United States of America, with Austenasian sovereignty over said property being relinquished.

331 Taylor Fork Road, Belfry, Kentucky shall, at midnight local time on the morning of 1 October 2018, be annexed by and to the Empire of Austenasia in accordance with the wishes and request of the owners and residents of said land. Said land shall be named North New Saint Josephsburg, and be annexed to the City of New Richmond.
