The Purpose of this Act is to expand Terentia by annexing the land of Kush as an uninhabited exclave.

With evidence having been submitted by the Representative of Terentia that a reasonable level of control can be exercised over it, Kush is hereby annexed by and to the Empire of Austenasia as an exclave of the Town of Terentia.

Kush is comprised of the roughly 1.2 hectare area of land situated to the south-east of the junction between South Street, Church Street, and Brattleboro Road in Bernardston, Massachusetts, bordered to the north for roughly 475 feet by Church Street and bordered to the west for roughly 270 feet by South Street.
