The purpose of this Act is to transition Bregusland into a Crown Dependency upon the annexation of the neighbouring residential property.

With the consent and by the request of the landowner and residents, 313 E Vaughn Ave, Gilbert, is hereby annexed by and to the Empire of Austenasia and joined to Bregusland.

The Territory of Bregusland is hereby transitioned into a Crown Dependency, and the Province of Greater Bregusland is hereby dissolved, with the Nobility of said administrative divisions hereby abolished and the Landed Noble titles connected to said administrative divisions ceasing to exist.

Lord Charles Ross, Duke of Occidentia is hereby appointed Governing Commissioner of Bregusland, to serve at the discretion of and to govern in the name and on behalf of the Monarch.
