CXXXVII Jon. I 2020 (Tricornia)

The purpose of this Act is to annex Tricornia as an Austenasian Town, as well as to approve Decree XLIV Jon. I.

By the consent of the owners and residents of the land, the following ten properties are hereby annexed from the Republic of Serbia by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Town of Tricornia, namely Chetvrtog Yula No. 11, Ritopek, and the areas of land owned by H.E. Nikola Jovanović situated at:

The Town of Tricornia is in the Province of Singidunum, which is in the Duchy of Moesia Prima, which is in the Region of Illyricum. H.E. Nikola Jovanović is hereby appointed Duke of Moesia Prima, and Slađana Jovanović is hereby appointed Baroness of Tricornia.

Lord Nikola Jovanović, Duke of Moesia Prima is hereby appointed Acting Representative of Tricornia, to serve in said position until the first local election takes place for said Town.

As an annexation of a new land claim, this same Act has been passed in accordance with Paragraphs 7-9 of LXIV Jon. I 2016 (Empire of Austenasia).

As an addendum, in accordance with Article IV, Section D, Paragraph C of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the House of Representatives hereby grants its approval and consent to the Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Jonathan I numbered XLIV (decreed on 4 April 2020), thereby making it permanent law.
