The purpose of this Act is to annex Prahova as a Territory.
The land delineated by Paragraph 3 of this same Act is hereby annexed from Romania by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Territory of Prahova.
The Territory of Prahova consists of the wooded area to the north of the Prahova river from the east of the railway bridge carrying tracks between Brazi and Prahova rail stations, as well as the two acre area of woodland and clearing immediately to the west of said bridge on the northern bank of the river, and including the course of the river Prahova itself which runs to the south of the aforementioned land.
The Territory of Prahova is in the Province of North Muntenia, which is in the Duchy of Wallachia, which is in the Region of Dacia.
H.E. Marshal Štefan Marius Snagoveanu, CAO is hereby granted non-residential subjectship of Austenasia in accordance with Article III, Section B, Paragraph D of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, and furthermore is hereby appointed Governor and Baron of Prahova and Count of North Muntenia.
