- The purpose of this Act is to annex Valens as a Town, to convert New Flat Rock from a Town to a Crown Dependency, to annex Ganapati Vihar as a Crown Dependency, to dissolve Oberfalcer while keeping the title of the Count of Vienne, and to remove the subjectship of those who no longer wish to be Austenasians while granting it to an Austenasian diplomat.
- 1937 Rue Springland, Montreal is hereby annexed from Canada by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Town of Valens by the request and with the consent of its owner and residents.
- The Town of Valens is in the Province of Greater Hoagland.
- Juan Aleges is hereby appointed Baron of Valens.
- Ashley Jaax, CAO is hereby appointed Acting Representative of Valens, to serve in said position until the first local election takes place for said Town.
- 700159 Ganapati Vihar, Baguiati, Kolkata is hereby annexed from the Republic of India by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Crown Dependency of Ganapati Vihar by the request of its landowner.
- Soumyadip Sengupta is hereby appointed Governing Commissioner of Ganapati Vihar, to serve at the discretion of the Monarch.
- Extraterritoriality over the properties above Ganapati Vihar is hereby granted to the Republic of India, and the same principles will apply to any residents of said properties as were applied to those above Helinium in Decree LIV Jon. I.

The Town of New Flat Rock shall from henceforth no longer be a Town, but a Crown Dependency, continuing to hold the name New Flat Rock.
- Lord Hunter Prater, Duke of Dixie is hereby confirmed in his subjectship and appointed Governing Commissioner of New Flat Rock, whereas the other residents of New Flat Rock shall henceforth be residents only considering its new status as a Crown Dependency.

The Province of Henderson is hereby dissolved; the Nobility of said administrative division and the associated title, as well as that of Baron of New Flat Rock, is hereby abolished.

The Territory of Oberfalcer, the Province of Vienne, and the Duchy of Viennensis are hereby dissolved, and the land which comprised Oberfalcer is hereby ceded to the French Republic. The Nobility of said administrative divisions and the associated titles are hereby abolished, with the exception of the title of Count of Vienne, which shall remain held by HRH Grand Duke Travis as a peerage.

The former Lord Pierre-Henri Picard, Duke of Viennensis and William Schenk are hereby divested of Austenasian subjectship.

In accordance with Article III, Section B, Paragraph D of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the status of subject is hereby granted by Parliament to H.E. Manuel Salta, Ambassador to the Philippines, by his request.
