- The purpose of this Act is to return Amerdansk to the United Kingdom.
- The Crown Dependency of Amerdansk is hereby dissolved and sovereignty over its territory granted to the United Kingdom.
- The residents of Amerdansk are hereby divested of Austenasian nationality, but this same Act does not revoke any titles they should hold, with the exception of that of Governing Commissioner of Amerdansk, which is hereby abolished.
