The purpose of this Act is to dissolve Valens and Dinkeaw.
The Town of Valens is hereby dissolved and ceded to Canada, with its population honourably divested of any and all Austenasian nationality, titles and offices.
The Province of Lygonia is hereby subsumed and absorbed by the Province of Greater Hoagland.
The Crown Dependency of Dinkeaw is hereby dissolved and ceded to the Kingdom of Thailand in accordance with the request of the owner of said land.
As an addendum, in accordance with Article IV, Section D, Paragraph C of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the House of Representatives hereby grants its approval and consent to the Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Jonathan I numbered LVII (decreed on 12 December 2023), thereby making it permanent law.
