LXXXIV Jon. I 2017 (Shineshore)

The purpose of this Act is to dissolve the Town of Shineshore and to cede it to Canada.

Due to the inability of the Austenasian government to make contact with the Representative or population of Shineshore, the Town of Shineshore is hereby dissolved, and its Nobility hereby abolished, with the title Baron of Shineshore hereby dissolved. The residents and subjects of Shineshore are hereby divested of their status as such and of all Austenasian nationality, and any and all Austenasian titles, offices and positions held by the former subjects and residents of Shineshore are hereby honourably withdrawn and revoked.

The Province of Greater Shineshore is hereby renamed to the Province of Greater Hoagland.

In accordance with Article XI, Section J of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, a title of Nobility can only be granted by Parliament. Desiring to fill the currently vacant titles of Nobility, therefore:

1. HE Pope Euclid I is made Count of Greater Hoagland.

2. HG Bradley, Duke of Dullahan is made Baron of Beith Craobh Iostan

The territory which comprised the Town of Shineshore is hereby ceded to Canada, although the Empire reserves the right to reassume sovereignty over said land should such be in accordance with the wishes of its population, and/or if the Canadian government proves incapable of governing it.
