The purpose of this Act is to annexe Imperia and Esmondia as Crown Dependencies of the Empire, to cede Achem to Venezuela, to repeal and replace Article X of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011 in accordance with Paragraph 21 of the First Amendment, to make the necessary changes to imperial titles resulting from the annexation of Imperia, and to establish embassies to Spain and to Pakistan.

By the request and with the consent of the owner and residents of the land, the property of P-48 Puranik Layout, Bharatnagar, Nagpur, India is hereby annexed from the Republic of India by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Crown Dependency of Imperia, in accordance with Paragraph 3 of VI Jon. 2013 (Empire of Austenasia).

Ketan Uzagi is hereby appointed Governing Commissioner of Imperia, to administer Imperia in the name of the Monarch. The Monarch holds absolute and unlimited authority over Imperia, exercised by the Governing Commissioner only with the consent of the Monarch. The domestic governance of Imperia is the responsibility of its Governing Commissioner, who can be replaced (or the office abolished) by Imperial Decree or Imperial Edict.

Esmondia is hereby annexed by and to the Empire of Austenasia as a Crown Dependency, in accordance with Paragraph 3 of VI Jon. I 2013 (Empire of Austenasia). Esmondia consists of the square piece of open land measuring 20 metres squared (containing five trees) situated at 34°39’43.3″S, 58°28’12.4″W. Tarek Kârjasary is hereby appointed Governing Commissioner of Esmondia, with responsibility for its domestic government in the name of the Monarch.

The Crown Dependency of Achem is hereby dissolved, upon the ability of its founder and Governing Commissioner to govern it coming to an end. Sovereignty over said land is hereby restored to the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

In accordance with Paragraph 21 of the First Amendment to the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, Article X of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011 is hereby repealed, to be replaced in terms of its description of the administrative divisions of the Empire of Austenasia by Paragraphs 7-12 of this same Act. Said description is valid as of the date Imperial Consent was given to this same Act, and in no way affects the validity of any future annexation or cession (or change in the administrative divisions) of Austenasian land.

The Empire of Austenasia is comprised of Regions and Crown Dependencies. Regions are comprised of Duchies, Duchies are comprised of Provinces and/or Marches, and Provinces are comprised of Towns and/or Territories.

The Region of Inner Austenasia is hereby renamed to the Region of Britannia. The Region of Outer Austenasia is hereby renamed to the Region of Northern Austenasia.

The Regions of Austenasia are Britannia, Northern Austenasia, and Scandinavia. The Crown Dependencies of Austenasia are New South Scotland, Axvalley, Oregonia, Heischierland, Enfriqua, Dekker, Imperia, and Esmondia.

The Duchies of Britannia are Royton, Davidopia, Grantabridge, and Dumnonia. The Duchies of Northern Austenasia are Highland and New Virginia. The sole Duchy of Scandinavia is Redcaster.

The sole Province of Royton is Greater Wrythe. The sole Province of Davidopia is Greater Corinium. The Provinces of Grantabridge are Karanyssia and Vienna, and the sole March of Grantabridge is Caldari. The sole Province of Dumnonia is Greater Porthbokon. The Provinces of Highland are Nearloch, Linnheside, and Colltiree. The Provinces of New Virginia are Greater Richmond, Greater Shineshore, and New Bernardston. The sole Province of Redcaster is Perwick.

The Towns of Greater Wrythe are Wrythe, Zephyria, and Thanasia. The sole Territory of Greater Corinium is Corinium Terentium. The sole Towns of Karanyssia and of Vienna are Lichtenstein and Palasia respectively. The sole Town of Greater Porthbokon is Porthbokon. The sole Territories of Nearloch, Linnheside, and of Colltiree are Glencrannog, Glencoe, and Beith Craobh Iostan respectively. The sole Towns of Greater Richmond, Greater Shineshore, and of New Bernardston are New Richmond, Shineshore, and Terentia respectively. The sole Town of Perwick is Harenfall.

With the Empire of Austenasia now holding sovereignty over an area of the East upon the annexation of Imperia, the title “Romanorum Imperator Occidentalis” held by the Monarch shall henceforth be simply “Romanorum Imperator”.

The Empire of Austenasia hereby claims the property of City Plaza B-15 & 16, Gaju Khan Road, Mardan as the Austenasian Embassy to Pakistan. In accordance with international law and convention, extraterritoriality is claimed for the Austenasian Embassy to Pakistan, but not sovereignty over the territory on which it is situated.

The Empire of Austenasia hereby claims the property of Calle Ebro 11, Bajo B, Granada as the Austenasian Embassy to Spain. In accordance with international law and convention, extraterritoriality is claimed for the Austenasian Embassy to Spain, but not sovereignty over the territory on which it is situated.
