The purpose of this Act is to delineate Kingeston and to annex it to the Empire of Austenasia as a Crown Dependency.

Kingeston is hereby annexed from Canada by and to the Empire of Austenasia as a Crown Dependency. Kingeston consists of the north-eastern section of Lafleur Park, Ontario, as bisected from the rest of the park by the pathway running between its north-western and south-eastern corners, together with the adjoining clearing within trees situated directly to the south-west of said path between roughly 130 and 200 feet from its north-western start.

Austin Jaax is hereby appointed Governing Commissioner of Kingeston, to serve at the discretion of the Monarch.

As an annexation of a new land claim, this same Act has been passed in accordance with Paragraphs 7-9 of LXIV Jon. I 2016 (Empire of Austenasia).
