- The purpose of this Act is to reverse the changes made by the Kingeston Act 2020.
- The area of the property of 59 Curtis Crescent annexed by CXXXVIII Jon. I 2020 (Kingeston), Paragraph 2 is hereby ceded to Canada by the request of its population.

The Town of Kingeston shall from henceforth no longer be a Town, but a Crown Dependency, continuing to hold the name Kingeston.
- Lord Austin Jaax, Baron of Kingeston is hereby granted non-residential subjectship and appointed Governing Commissioner of Kingeston, but is honourably divested of all other Austenasian titles, positions and offices with the exception of Commander of the Austenasian Order.
- As an addendum, unrelated to the rest of this same Act, in accordance with Article III, Section B, Paragraph D of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the status of subject is hereby granted by Parliament to Lady Addison Dillon, Baroness of Blue Ridge, to Lord Sander Koff, Baron of Oppidum Tubae, and to Lord Archie Birch, Count of Lygonia.
