The purpose of this Act is to revoke recognition of sovereign entities which have since dissolved, and to remove the subjectship of Rashtradhyaksh Varuna Sriraya by his request.
The Empire of Austenasia hereby withdraws recognition of the sovereignty of the Republic of Artsakh effective as of the end of 2023 upon its conquest by Azerbaijan. The Empire condemns the 2023 ethnic cleansing of Armenians from Artsakh by Azerbaijan.
The Empire of Austenasia hereby withdraws recognition of the sovereignty of the Community of Landashir, of the Free City of Vodopol, and of the Volfyn Nation, due to the respective collapse of their exercising of sovereign authority.
HIll.RM Rashtradhyaksh Varuna Sriraya is hereby divested of Austenasian national status and non-residential subjectship by his request.
