The Purpose of this Act is to recognise the dissolution of the Union of Draegan Republics and to revoke the status accorded to it as a Protectorate of Austenasia.

In regards to the Draegan government losing power over the Union of Draegan Republics, the Empire of Austenasia hereby revokes recognition of the Union of Draegan Republics as a sovereign state or nation. The Empire hereby recognises all formerly Draegan land as falling under the sovereignty of the United Kingdom.

The status that the Union of Draegan Republics holds as a Protectorate of the Empire of Austenasia is hereby revoked.
