The Purpose of this Act is to recognise the changed circumstances in regards to New Balland and Egtavia and their relationships with the Empire.

Paragraphs 3 and 5 of XX Dec. I 2012 (Protectorate of New Balland) and Paragraph 3 of XXII Dec. I 2012 (Foreign Relations) are hereby repealed. The Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the State of Dakrit as the official successor state of New Balland, and recognises this as having been effective from 15 May 2012. By the request of the Dakritean government, the status of an Austenasian Protectorate held by said nation is hereby revoked, and recognised to have been defunct from 15 May 2012.

By the request and with the consent of the government of the State of Dakrit, the Dakritean-Austenasian Diplomatic Partnership is hereby created. The Empire of Austenasia hereby pledges friendly diplomatic and international co-operation towards the State of Dakrit.

The Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the Republic of Egtavia to have been a Federation of St.Charlie as the Federation of Egtavia since 12 April 2012. St.Charlian sovereignty is hereby recognised over all territory of the Federation of Egtavia.
