In regards to Paragraph 1 of the Sixth Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Declan I, Indonovia is hereby recognised to be the official successor state of the Great Socialist Union of Adjikistan.

In regards to Paragraph 1 of II Dec. I 2011 (Protectorate of Domanglia), the Kingdom of Domanglia is hereby recognised to be the official successor state of the Federal Republic of Domanglia.

Paragraph 2 of II Dec. I 2011 (Protectorate of Domanglia) is hereby repealed. The status that the Kingdom of Domanglia holds as a Protectorate of the Empire of Austenasia is hereby revoked.

The Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the Free State of Renasia as a sovereign state, independent from the United Kingdom, and exercising sovereignty over all land it both claims and controls.

The Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises Starhigh as a sovereign state, independent from the Commonwealth of Australia, and exercising sovereignty over all land it both claims and controls.

In regards to Paragraph 5 of this same Act and Paragraph 2 of X Dec. I 2012 (Recognition of New Wessex, Reyla and Überstadt), recognition of a state does not constitute recognition of its monarch as holding the Imperial dignity, in accordance with the Seventh Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Declan I.
