The purpose of this Act is to dissolve the Town of Ionathanopolis, to recognise the dissolution of Ashukovo, and to annex Mouzilo as a Crown Dependency.

Due to the inability of the Austenasian government to make contact with the Representative or population of Ionathanopolis, the Town of Ionathanopolis and the Province of Mentavlos are hereby dissolved; the Nobility of said administrative divisions is hereby abolished, with the Landed Noble titles connected to said administrative divisions hereby dissolved.

The residents and subjects of Ionathanopolis are hereby divested of their status as such and of all Austenasian nationality, and any and all Austenasian titles, offices and positions held by the former subjects and residents of Ionathanopolis are hereby honourably withdrawn and revoked.

The territory which comprised the Town of Ionathanopolis is hereby ceded to the United States of America, although the Empire of Austenasia reserves the right to reassume sovereignty over said land should such be in accordance with the wishes of its population, and/or if the American government proves incapable of governing it.

Upon the collapse of governance within the Ashukov Federation, the Empire of Austenasia hereby acknowledges the dissolution of said state and withdraws recognition of its sovereignty.

The inhabited property within the former Ashukovan Politeia of Mouzilo – that is, the residence of Manolis Afentoulis at 38.862490, 21.783418 – is hereby annexed by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Crown Dependency of Mouzilo.

Manolis Afentoulis is hereby granted Austenasian subjectship and the peerage Duke of Thessalia.
