The purpose of this Act is to dissolve the Towns of Theodosiopolis and Gebirgspark, Harlemum March, and the Territories of Laranda and Seleucia ad Cilicia; to annex Chersoneses; and to recognise the Republic of Ashukovo as the successor state of the Ashukov Federation and to recognise the dissolution of Arborea.

The Town of Theodosiopolis, the March of Harlemum, the Province of West Frisia and the Duchy of Frisia are hereby dissolved. The Nobility of said administrative divisions is hereby abolished, with the Landed Noble titles connected to said administrative divisions hereby dissolved. The residents and subjects of Theodosiopolis and Harlemum are hereby divested of their status as such and of all Austenasian nationality, honours, titles and offices, with the exception of the knighthoods held by HSH Prince Dionisiy I and his position as Despot of Trebizond. The territory which comprised the Town of Theodosiopolis and the March of Harlemum is hereby ceded to the Kingdom of the Netherlands, although the Empire reserves the right to reassume sovereignty over said land should such be in accordance with the wishes of its population, and/or if the Dutch government proves incapable of governing it.

The Town of Gebirgspark, the Territories of Laranda and Seleucia ad Cilicia, the Provinces of Bratislava, Iconium and Cilicia, and the Duchies of Moravia, Lycaonia and Opsikion are hereby dissolved. The Nobility of said administrative divisions is hereby abolished, with the Landed Noble titles connected to said administrative divisions hereby dissolved. The residents and subjects of Gebirgspark are hereby divested of their status as such and of all Austenasian nationality, honours, titles and offices, with the exception of the honour in the Austenasian Order held by Lord Krištof von Drakon, Marquess of Asenovgrad. The territory which comprised the Town of Gebirgspark and the Territories of Laranda and of Seleucia ad Cilicia is hereby ceded to the Principality of Montescano.

The property inhabited by Taras Oliynyk and his father with the residence located at 46°50’42.9″N 31°53’54.0″E, together with the roughly 9.85 million square foot rectangular plot of land located one mile to the north of said residence and owned by the same, are both hereby annexed from Ukraine by and to the Empire of Austenasia as the Crown Dependency of Chersoneses by the consent and request of the landowner and residents. Tara Oliynyk is hereby appointed Governing Commissioner of Chersoneses.

The Republic of Ashukovo is hereby recognised as an independent state, with sovereignty over all land it claims and controls, and to have been the sole legitimate successor state of the Ashukov Federation as of 5 April 2020.
