The purpose of this Act is to establish parliamentary immunity for all members of the House of Representatives.

All Representatives (including Acting Representatives) are hereby granted parliamentary immunity.

In regards to Paragraph 2 of this same Act, parliamentary immunity is defined as the legal status whereby one cannot be arrested, prosecuted, or held legally liable – either in office or after their term in such – for:

the results of a vote made by the House of Representatives

a statement made in Parliament and/or in its bodies

a statement made outside of Parliament concerning the policy of said individual in Parliament
