Act 19, Law 1 is hereby repealed. The Secretary-General will be voted for out of the Cabinet by the Representatives every New Year’s Day.
Act 24, Law 3 is hereby repealed. If the Emperor/Empress abdicates, then he/she may not return to the throne under any circumstances and will lose all titles gained from Act 34, Law 2 or 3.
Act 29, Law 4, Paragraph N is hereby repealed. High Treason is attempting to replace, remove the title from (for no legal reason) or otherwise harm a member of the Royal Family. Attempting to overthrow the Emperor is also High Treason. [This law has been changed – see Act 134, Law 2]
