Act 29, Law 4, Paragraph W is hereby repealed. The crime of Treason is hereby defined as:

Encouraging a foreign country to invade the Empire of Austenasia.

Assisting an Enemy of the State, Government, or People to avoid arrest (see Act 89, Law 12)

Encouraging and/or committing acts of violence while committing the crime of Rebellion.

Impeding the lawful inheritance of the Throne to those in the Line of Succession as laid out by Parliament.

Impeding the Monarch in carrying out his/her lawful rights, responsibilities, duties and powers.

Harming, unlawfully restraining, or injuring the Regent or an appointed Counsellor of State.

Impeding the Regent or an appointed Counsellor of State in carrying out his/her lawful rights, responsibilities, duties and powers.

Act 39, Law 3 is hereby repealed. The crime of High Treason is hereby defined as:

Unlawfully depriving the Monarch of the Throne, or wilfully doing anything which might disturb or interrupt the Monarch’s lawful possession of the Throne.

Harming, wounding, maiming, injuring, or unlawfully imprisoning and/or restraining the Monarch.

Physically harming or unlawfully depriving the title of a member of the Imperial Family.

Publishing, declaring, or announcing that the Monarch is a tyrant and/or usurper.

Wilfully doing anything which might endanger the Monarch.

In regards to Act 29, Law 5, attempting, soliciting, and/or conspiring to commit Treason will also be classed as Treason, and attempting, soliciting, and/or conspiring to commit High Treason will also be classed as High Treason.

Having discovered a frankly embarrassing mistake in wording, Act 110, Law 1, Paragraph B, Subsection IV is hereby repealed. The grandparents of the Monarch, if a female Empress, shall have the title of HIH Empress Grandfather/Grandmother Forename.

Act 121, Law 4, Paragraph F is hereby repealed. The spouse of a Prince or Princess with the style of HIH that is not a direct descendant of the Monarch (e.g. a sibling) may be granted the title of HH Prince/Princess Forename, with the consent of the Monarch. If consent from the Monarch is not given, then they will have the title of Sir/Dame Forename. The spouse of a Prince or Princess with the style of HSH (His/Her Serene Highness) will have the title of Sir/Dame Forename.

Act 86, Law 5 is hereby repealed. All people in the line of succession who do not have the style of HIH (His/Her Imperial Highness), HH (His/Her Highness), HSH (His/Her Serene Highness), or another style specifically granted to them by Act of Parliament, will have the title of Lord/Lady Forename of Placename. They are hereby known as Lords/Ladies Imperial, and are permitted to, with the consent of the Monarch, use the name of their place of birth or residence, or another place significant to the Lord/Lady Imperial, after their name. If they choose not to use the name of a place after their name, then they shall merely have the title of Lord/Lady Forename.

In regards to Act 103, Law 10, Paragraph A, the Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the North American Confederation as the official successor state of the Republic of Eniarku, and recognises their sovereignty over all land that they both claim and control. [This law has been changed – see Act 141, Law 2]

Act 103, Law 10 is hereby added to. Effective from when Imperial Consent is given to this Act, the Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the Students’ Isocratic Oligarchy of Yabloko as an independent state, and recognises their sovereignty over all land that they both control and claim. [This law has been changed – see Act 151, Law 2]
