In regards to Act 122, Law 1, the Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the Kingdom of Wilcsland as the official successor state of the Kingdom of Moylurg.

In regards to Act 130, Law 2, the Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises that on 10 November 2010, HI&MH Crown Prince Jonathan’s title of King of Moylurg was removed from him as Moylurg underwent various changes while transitioning to Wilcsland. It is therefore declared that under Act 130, Law 2, he shall from now on have the style of HIH (His Imperial Highness), and HI&RH Princess Caroline shall now have the style of HIH (Her Imperial Highness). It is hereby confirmed that these changes to their style officially came into place on 10 November 2010.

In regards to Act 119, Law 2, the Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the United Aspinburghian Republic as the official successor state of the United Aspinburghian Principality. [This law has been changed – see Act 141, Law 3]
