Act 130 (Moylurgian and Rushymian Royal Titles)

The Empire of Austenasia hereby confirms and reaffirms ratification of the Treaty of Wilton, signed 7 August 2010.

The Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises that as of 19 October 2010, HIH Crown Prince Jonathan has had legal usage of the style His Imperial and Majestic Highness, after being appointed joint King of Moylurg by and alongside HM King Declan I of Moylurg and Copan.

1. HIH Crown Prince Jonathan shall be henceforth known as HI&MH Crown Prince Jonathan, and as HM King Jonathan I in Moylurg, for as long as he holds the title King of Moylurg.

2. Any siblings or children of HI&MH Crown Prince Jonathan shall have the style of HI&RH (His/Her Imperial and Royal Highness) for as long as he holds the title King of Moylurg.

3. In accordance with Paragraph B of this same Law, HIH Princess Caroline will from henceforth be known as HI&RH Princess Caroline, for as long as HI&MH Crown Prince Jonathan holds the title King of Moylurg. She is recognised as having legally held the style “HI&RH” since 19 October 2010.

4. Any person with the style of HI&MH shall be addressed as “Your Imperial and Majestic Highness” (“and Majestic” may be omitted in non-formal circumstances) and thereafter may be addressed as “Sir” or “Sire” (“Ma’am if female).

5. Any person with the style of HI&RH shall be addressed as “Your Imperial and Royal Highness” (“and Royal” may be omitted in non-formal circumstances) and thereafter may be addressed as “Sir/Ma’am”

The Empire of Austenasia hereby acknowledges the Kingdom of Rushymia as having existed as a non-sovereign nation between 1995-2000, having had a population of over 200 people defining themselves as a nation with a collective identity, and under the leadership of Warlords and Kings.

1. The Empire of Austenasia also acknowledges that King Alex of Rushymia (reigning December 1997 – July 2000) placed King Alex’s Bottle in the fence enclosing Rushy Meadow Primary School, with the declaration that the next person to touch it with two hands would be his successor as King of Rushymia.

2. It is hereby declared that, at roughly 14:15 on 17 October 2010, HIM Emperor Esmond III retrieved King Alex’s Bottle, thereby becoming King Alex’s successor as King of Rushymia.

The title King of Rushymia is hereby united with the Throne of Austenasia. The Emperors and Empresses of Austenasia will also have the title of King or Queen of Rushymia, and an abdication of the Throne of Austenasia will also be an abdication of the title of King/Queen of Rushymia.

The Empire of Austenasia acknowledges that the King of Rushymia now retains no power over what was known as the Kingdom of Rushymia. However, the Empire of Austenasia hereby advocates the Monarch’s claim to nominal suzerainty over the Midget Nation-in-Exile, the Midget Nation being the government-in-exile of the Midget Empire, another non-sovereign nation which was regarded as the successor state to Rushymia.

Utilising the powers and privileges of the King of Rushymia, HIM Emperor Esmond III is hereby also granted the title General of Rushymia, and Sir James Puchowski, OSP, OBS, KOSE, KOR is hereby granted the title Vizier of Rushymia.

Any siblings or children of HIM Emperor Esmond III are hereby permitted the usage of the style HI&RH (His/Her Imperial and Royal Highness) for as long as he holds the titles Emperor of Austenasia and King of Rushymia. The style of the Monarch himself will remain HIM (His Imperial Majesty).
