CXXVI Jon. I 2019 (Wilcsland)

1. The purpose of this Act is to dissolve the Kingdom of Wilcsland as a sovereign state and to grant all rights to its crown and to the continuation of its monarchy to the Austenasian Throne, as well as to approve Decree XLII Jon. I.

2. The Parliament of Austenasia assumes the right to legislate on this matter on the basis of the consent given to it by:

   1. HIH Lord Admiral Joseph Kennedy, Duke of New Virginia, who was appointed joint King of Wilcsland, Taklamacan and Corran by HM King Ptolemy II of Wilcsland on 30 March 2015 as HM King John II.

   2. HIM Emperor Jonathan I, the Protector of Wilcsland, former joint King of Moylurg and Duke of Atlantos, and the imperial suzerain of the kingdom as Emperor of the Romans.

In accordance with the same, it is hereby confirmed that HIH Lord Admiral Joseph Kennedy, Duke of New Virginia and HIM Emperor Jonathan I have signified their support for the content of this same Act by voting in support of its passage through Parliament and by granting it Imperial Consent, respectively.

3. Noting the apparent collapse of Wilcslandian government under the rule of King Ptolemy II, the lack of any meaningful Wilcslandian national community since 2013, and the inability or unwillingness of the former King Declan I to regain power and restore a functioning government or community, the Empire of Austenasia hereby revokes recognition of the Kingdom of Wilcsland as a sovereign state and announces its official dissolution as such as of midnight at the end of the day of 31 December 2019.

4. At the dissolution of the Kingdom of Wilcsland, both HM King Ptolemy II and HM King John II will cease to hold the Wilcslandian Crown; by the decree of the latter, all rights to either hold or bestow said crown will pass to the Austenasian Throne.

5. As an addendum, in accordance with Article IV, Section D, Paragraph C of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the House of Representatives hereby grants its approval and consent to the Imperial Decree of HIM Emperor Jonathan I numbered XLII (decreed on 16 December 2019), thereby making it permanent law.
