The dynastic house to which Our Imperial Majesty belongs is hereby named as the Ancient and Imperial House of Austen, comprised of all male-line descendants of David Austen (18 March 1900 – 23 June 1983). The senior patrilineal member of the House of Austen, as Head of the House, shall bear the arms of the house, that is, Or, a chevron gules between three lions gambs erect, erased sable armed of the second, unless they are also entitled to some variation on the Imperial Standard, in which case the arms of the House of Austen shall be used as an inescutcheon on their existing arms. The arms of the House of Austen are therefore hereby added to the personal standard of HIH Emperor Father Terry as an inescutcheon encircled by the emblem of the laurel wreath.
The dynastic house to which HIH Emperor Mother Margaret belongs is hereby named as the Noble House of Boxall, comprised of all male-line descendants of Percy Boxall (15 January 1885 – 22 August 1972). The senior patrilineal member of the House of Boxall, as Head of the House, shall bear the arms of the house, that is, Or, an azure lion rampart armed and langued sable, unless they are also entitled to some variation on the Imperial Standard, in which case the arms of the House of Boxall shall be used as an inescutcheon on their existing arms.
The arms granted to the Princesses Michelle and Marjorie of Wilcsland by the Fifth Imperial Edict of HIM Emperor Declan I are hereby withdrawn, as are those granted to the former Emperor Declan I by Our own Second Imperial Edict, since as living relatives of the incumbent King Ptolemy II of Wilcsland it is more fitting for them to hold solely Wilcslandian heraldry.
