In regards to Act 126, Law 7, the Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the Imperial Kingdom of Calsahara as the legitimate successor state to the Kingdom of Calsahara, and recognises their sovereignty over all land that they claim and control.
In regards to Act 134, Law 7, the Empire of Austenasia hereby revokes all recognition of the North American Confederation on the basis of their inability to exercise sovereignty over their claimed territories.
In regards to Act 133, Law 3, the Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the Aspinburghian People’s Serene Republic as the official successor state of the United Aspinburghian Republic, and recognises their sovereignty over all land that they claim and control. [This law has been changed – see Act 146, Law 2]
In regards to Act 132, Law 1, the Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the Parliamentary Republic of Dorzhabad as the official successor state of the Republic of Dorzhabad, and recognises their sovereignty over all land that they claim and control.
Act 124, Law 1 is hereby repealed.
A Vote of No Confidence can be held by Parliament whenever it wishes, if there are doubts about the ability of the Monarch to rule the Empire.
At least 65% of all Representatives, including the Prime Minister, must give their consent for a Vote of No Confidence to be passed, but the Monarch does not have to give Imperial Consent.
In regards to Act 107, Law 3, Paragraph B, if a Vote of No Confidence is passed against either Monarch while HIM Emperor Esmond III and HIM Emperor Declan I are in joint possession of the Throne, as is the current situation (see Act 138, Law 3), then a Regency will not be declared, but the Monarch against whom the Vote of No Confidence was passed will lose all powers, duties, roles and responsibilities of the Throne, which shall from then on be held solely by the other Monarch. If the Monarch who did not have a Vote of No Confidence passed against them dies, abdicates, or also has a Vote of No Confidence passed against them, then a Regent shall be appointed.
The Line of Succession may only be changed with the consent of the Monarch, the Prime Minister, and more than 80% of the Cabinet.
Act 126, Law 9 is hereby repealed.
Act 138, Law 3, Paragraph F is hereby reaffirmed. However, upon the abdication, death, or removal through Vote of No Confidence of either Monarch, the Counsellors of State are to be:
The Heir to the Throne (or, if a minor or otherwise incapacitated, the next most senior in the Line of Succession who is a Subject)
The husband/wife of the Monarch.
The Prime Minister
The Deputy Prime Minister
The Baron/Baroness of Zephyria
If the number of Counsellors of State does not amount to five individuals (if the Monarch is unmarried, and/or through persons holding more than one of the positions listed in Paragraph A of this same law), then the Monarch will choose as many people as is necessary from the following list to be Counsellors of State to make the number up to five:
Any of the Caesars, Augustae, or Nobles of the Empire
Any members of the Line of Succession
The Home Secretary
The Chief Ambassador
The Chancellor
Any ancestors of the Monarch
Any former living Regents
