Act 96 (10th Revision of Existing Laws)

Act 80, Law 16, Paragraphs B and C are hereby repealed. Recruits into the Austenasian Army must not have been found guilty of committing any crime for at least one year before hand. In the case of treason or regicide they must not have been found guilty of committing, conspiring, attempting or soliciting either of those crimes for at least two years. [This law has been changed – see Act 140, Law 13]

In regards to Act 86, Law 7, for the line of succession to be changed the Founder (so long as he is alive), HIH Crown Prince Jonathan, must give his permission.

Act 72, Laws 3, 4 and 5 are hereby repealed. Children-in-law of the Emperor/Empress (excluding the Crown Prince/Crown Princess) shall have the title of HIH Prince/Princess Forename. [This law has been changed – see Act 120, Law 6, Paragraph B]

Act 86, Law 8 is hereby repealed. In regards to Act 86, Law 5, spouses of Lords/Ladies Imperial who are not on the Line of Succession in their own right have the title of Sir/Dame Forename, with no post-nominals.
