Act 56, Law 12, Paragraph A is hereby repealed. The title of Supreme Dame Companion of the Crown Prince is hereby abolished, and replaced with that of Supreme Companion of the Heir. There can be no more than one Supreme Companion to the Heir at one time. Supreme Companions have the title Sir/Dame Forename Surname, SCH.
Act 46 is hereby repealed. Firearms and explosives may not be brought across the border without being registered. Firearms and explosives may not be kept by any person – except members of the Austenasian Armed Forces – without a license from the Representative of that Town.
Act 72, Law 2 and Act 86, Law 4 are hereby repealed. Only Prince Regents, Regents, Crown Princes, Crown Princesses, Empresses (when not the Monarch), Prince Consorts, Princes and Princesses may have the pre-nominals of HIH (His/Her Imperial Highness). [This law has been added to – see Act 110, Law 1]
Act 74, Law 4 is hereby repealed. A Vote of No Confidence can be held by the Prime Minister and Cabinet at any time that they wish. It will be treated like an Act being passed, but 85% or more must vote for it and the Emperor does not have to give Imperial Consent. The Line of Succession may only be changed if the Emperor, Prime Minister and more than 80% of the Cabinet votes for it. [This law has been changed – see Act 124, Law 1]
Act 68, Law 4 is hereby repealed. No person may be discriminated against or unfairly privileged on the basis of gender, class, origin, age, culture, belief, race, language, parentage, wealth, political ideology, diet, sexuality, disability, religion or faith. Discrimination for any of the listed reasons is hereby a crime.
The international treaties and conventions ratified by the Empire of Austenasia, which are listed in Act 73, Law 1, are hereby added to. The Empire of Austenasia hereby ratifies the following international treaties and conventions:
The First Geneva Convention (the Convention for the Amelioration of the Condition of the Wounded in Armies in the Field), signed on 22nd August 1864.
Protocol III (Protocol additional to the Geneva Conventions of 12 August 1949, and relating to the Adoption of an Additional Distinctive Emblem), adopted on 8th December 2005. Austenasia does not ratify the Preamble or Article 1.
The following sections of the Hague Convention of 1899, signed on 29th July 1899:
II – Convention with Respect to the Laws and Customs of War on Land
III – Convention for the Adaptation to Maritime Warfare of the Principles of the Geneva Convention of August 22, 1864
Declaration III – Declaration on the Use of Bullets Which Expand or Flatten Easily in the Human Body

Act 53, Laws 3-5 are hereby repealed. There is no limit to the amount of Towns that can be in a Province, nor the amount of Provinces that can be in a Duchy, nor the amount of Duchies that can be in a Region.
Act 40, Law 1, Paragraph A is hereby repealed. The crime of Animal cruelty is hereby redefined, as: “doing something with the sole intent of causing pain and discomfort to an animal, or doing something that causes unnecessary pain or discomfort to an animal.”
Act 3, Law 1 is hereby repealed. A resident is any person whose permanent residence is in the Empire of Austenasia.
