Act 34, Law 7 is hereby repealed.
The title of HIH Princess Consort Forename shall no longer be used.
The wife of the Emperor shall have the title HIH (not HIM) Empress Forename, but will not have the powers of an Empress.
In accordance with Law 1 of this same Act, HIH Princess Consort Margaret is hereby renamed HIH Empress Margaret.
Act 56, Law 5 is hereby repealed. There are three grades of knighthood in the Glorious Order of St. John:
The highest knighthood that can be awarded is the Knight Companion. They must be male and there can be no more than three Knight Companions at a time. Knight Companions have the title Sir Forename Surname, KCJ.
The second highest knighthood in the Glorious Order of St. John is the Knight/Dame of Honour. There can be no more than four Knights/Dames of Honour at a time, of which at least two must be female. Knights/Dames of Honour have the title Sir/Dame Forename Surname, KHJ/DHJ.
The third highest knighthood in the Glorious Order of St. John is the Knight/Dame of Virtue. There can be no more than three Knights/Dames of Virtue at a time. Knights/Dames of Virtue have the title Sir/Dame Forename Surname, KVJ/DVJ.
All who have been knighted Knights/Dames of Piety/Grace/Honour in the Glorious Order of St. John before this date will now be a Knight/Dame of Honour. All who have been knighted Knights/Dames of Virtue/Justice in the Glorious Order of St. John will now be a Knight/Dame of Virtue.
Act 56, Law 7, Paragraph D is hereby repealed. The knighthood of Knight/Dame of Loyalty in the Order of the Bullmastiff is hereby abolished – it can no longer be given to people. All previous Knights/Dames of Loyalty are hereby made Knights/Dames of Molossers.
Act 56, Law 12, Paragraph C is hereby repealed. The knighthood of Knight/Dame Companion of the Order of the Crown Prince is hereby abolished – it can no longer be given to people.
Act 16, Laws 1 and 3-6 are hereby repealed. The official flag of the Empire of Austenasia is the Austenasian Star. This is the same as the Star of Austenasia.
There will be an Austenasian Star flying whenever possible from:
The Imperial Residence
Parliament’s meeting place
Town Council meeting places
Police stations
The Union Jack/Flag may not be flown in Austenasia.
No flag of any other country, nation, state or organisation may be flown in Austenasia without the signed permission of the Representative of that town.
