Act 139, Law 2, Paragraph A is hereby repealed. The office of Midget Master is hereby united with the Throne of Austenasia – the Monarch shall automatically hold the office of Midget Master and wield any and all powers, privileges and rights derived from that office. The Monarch shall hold the title of Ordinal number Midget Master – exempli gratia, HIM Emperor Declan I is hereby confirmed as holding the title of Fifth Midget Master, and his successor as Monarch shall hold the title of Sixth Midget Master.
In regards to Law 1 of this same Act, there shall only ever be one Midget Master at any one time – HIM Emperor Esmond III does not hold said office, and should the Throne of Austenasia ever be shared between more than one person in the future, the office and title of Midget Master shall not be likewise shared.
The Midget Army is hereby renamed Centuria II Midgetae and enlisted into the Austenasian Army, and along with Centuria I Scotia shall comprise Cohors I Declana. Centuria II Midgetae is hereby granted the following battle honours:
Midget Base 2002-2004, in recognition of the military prowess demonstrated during the Invader Attacks on their base.
Rebel Side 2003, in recognition of the military prowess demonstrated during the Midget Civil War and subsequent Battle of the Push Bench Gang.
Quiet Area 2003, in recognition of the military prowess demonstrated during Midget Master Daniel (I)’s attempted conquest of the Quietarians.
Grove Park 2004, in recognition of the military prowess demonstrated during the final battle against the Girly Gang.
Lower Playground and Line 2005, in recognition of the military prowess demonstrated during the successful expansion of the Midget Empire under the early reign of Midget Master Jonathan (II).
Patioed Pathway 2005, in recognition of the military prowess demonstrated during the successful conquest of the Patioed Pathway.
Green Wrythe Lane 2005, in recognition of the military prowess demonstrated during the Second Boys vs Girls War.
Rushy Meadow 2006, in recognition of the military prowess demonstrated by the successful defeat of the Midget Hunters.
Muschamp Alley 2006, in recognition of the military prowess demonstrated by the successful defeat of Muschamper forces and subsequent ceremonial subjugation of Muschamp Primary School to Rushy Meadow Primary School.
Upper Playground 2006, in recognition of the military prowess demonstrated during the final war of expansion under the reign of Midget Master Jonathan (II).
Wrythe 2010, in recognition of the military prowess demonstrated during the successful attack on Wrythe which resulted in the Counsellors of State granting Imperial Consent to Act 138.
The Midget Nation-in-Exile is hereby officially annexed by the Empire of Austenasia. As the Midget Nation-in-Exile had no sovereign land of its own and only a titular claim over Wrythe Public Park, the Empire of Austenasia shall gain no territory from this annexation.
It is hereby announced that the Empire of Austenasia as it exists after the passing of this same Act may be given the status of the legal successor state to the Midget Nation-in-Exile, and therefore of the Midget Empire, and (as the Midget Empire was often regarded as a de facto successor state to the Kingdom of Rushymia, and the title King of Rushymia has been merged with the Throne of Austenasia since 17 October 2010) therefore of the Kingdom of Rushymia.
All diplomatic obligations, debts, commitments and duties of the Midget Nation-in-Exile shall not be inherited by the Empire of Austenasia. All treaties, conventions, contracts, accords, and diplomatic and military alliances to which the Midget Nation-in-Exile are hereby declared to be null and void.
Midget Fuhrer Thomas is hereby named Centurion of Centuria II Midgetae, and may continue to use his present title. All future centurions of Centuria II Midgetae, however, shall not do so.
In regards Act 127, Law 1, Paragraph C, and in regards to Law 5 of this same Act, the regnal names of all monarchs which ruled the Kingdom of Rushymia, Midget Empire, and Midget Nation-in-Exile (Billy, Alex, Daniel, Jonathan, Caroline, Thomas) shall also be taken into account when a monarchical ordinal is chosen. This does not apply to HIH Crown Prince Jonathan or HIH Princess Caroline should they inherit the Throne, as they are of course the Jonathan and Caroline mentioned above.
