It is hereby recognised that the titles Theocrat of Atkantia and Defender of Nibiru originated from the Kingdom of Rushymia, the titular throne of which the Monarchs of Austenasia hold jointly, as it is united with the Throne of Austenasia (see Act 130, Law 4 and Act 138, Law 5, Paragraph A).
It is hereby recognised that HIM Emperor Declan I has held the Rushymian title Theocrat of Atkantia since 16 December 2010. If his possession of the Throne should end before that of HIM Emperor Esmond III by means of death or abdication, then his title Theocrat of Atkantia shall be united with the Throne of Austenasia and assumed by HIM Emperor Esmond III via his position as sole Monarch. Should the possession of the Throne by HIM Emperor Esmond III end before that of HIM Emperor Declan I by means of death or abdication, then the title Theocrat of Atkantia shall be united with the Throne of Austenasia, and shall continue to be held by HIM Emperor Declan I via his position as sole Monarch. It is hereby recognised that HIH Crown Prince Jonathan has held the Rushymian title Defender of Nibiru since June 2005. The title Defender of Nibiru is hereby united with the position of Heir to the Throne of Austenasia – it shall be assumed by Crown Princes/Princesses when they become Heir to the Throne, and lost when they ascend to the Throne or lose the position some other way, e.g. through death or Act of Parliament.
It is hereby recognised that the titles Midget Master and Lord of Muschamp Alley originated from the Midget Empire, the successor state of which is the Midget Nation-in-Exile, the throne of which is currently held by HIM Emperor Declan I.
It is hereby recognised that HIM Emperor Declan I has held the office of Midget Master and the title of Fifth Midget Master since 16 December 2010. If his possession of the Throne should end before that of HIM Emperor Esmond III by means of death or abdication, then the office of Midget Master shall be united with the Throne of Austenasia and assumed by HIM Emperor Esmond III via his position as sole Monarch, who shall gain the title Sixth Midget Master. Should the possession of the Throne by HIM Emperor Esmond III end before that of HIM Emperor Declan I by means of death of abdication, then the office of Midget Master shall be united with the Throne of Austenasia, and shall continue to be held by HIM Emperor Declan I via his position as sole Monarch, with the title of Fifth Midget Master. It is hereby recognised that HIH Crown Prince Jonathan has held the title Lord of Muschamp Alley since 4 January 2011. The title Lord of Muschamp Alley is hereby united with the position of Heir to the Throne of Austenasia – it shall be assumed by Crown Princes/Princesses when they become Heir to the Throne, and lost when they ascend to the Throne or lose the position some other way, e.g. through death or Act of Parliament.
In regards to Laws 1 and 2 of this same Act, the uniting of any title with the Throne of Austenasia or with the position of Heir to the Throne of Austenasia includes any and all powers, privileges and rights which are held by the title.
