HIM Emperor Esmond III is, as of 11:30 on 20 September 2011, no longer Monarch.
I am the sole Monarch of the Empire of Austenasia and sole possessor of the Throne of Austenasia and all of its titles, roles, rights, duties, powers, functions, and responsibilities.
HIM Emperor Esmond III is deprived of that style and title. He shall be known as HM King Ptolemy IV (in reference to him holding the throne of Saqqara).
The Rushymian title Theocrat of Atkantia is hereby united with the Throne of Austenasia, and shall be held under my sole possession whilst I am Monarch of Austenasia.
I hereby reaffirm that the Line of Succession to the Throne shall stay the same as it was before the passing of Act 105 (Supreme Companion of the Heir), as if HIM Emperor Terry I was still Monarch.
In accordance with the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, Act 64 (National Symbols and Animals), Act 71 (National Anthem), Act 147 (Addition to National Anthem), and Act 154 (Imperial Standards) shall be repealed as Acts of Parliament passed under the Austenasian Constitution of 2008 at 01:00 on 22 September 2011. However, I hereby reaffirm Act 64 (National Symbols and Animals), Act 71 (National Anthem), Act 147 (Addition to National Anthem), and Act 154 (Imperial Standards) as Imperial Decrees.
HM King Ptolemy IV shall have as his personal standard the Imperial Standard defaced with a label sable of five points (the first and fifth point having an azure lion rampant and the third point having a laurel wreath as brisures) and with a laurel wreath as used in the Coat of Arms of the Empire of Austenasia as an emblem in the centre of the standard.
The official flag of the Empire of Austenasia is the Austenasian Star. The Austenasian Star is a yellow background with five red lines on it. The five red lines go from the centre of the flag, one to the centre of the top side of the flag, one to the centre of the left side of the flag, one to the centre of the right side of the flag, one to the bottom-left corner and one to the bottom-right corner. No flag of any nation may be flown from a building in Austenasia except the Austenasian Star. Refusal to remove a flag of another nation will be seen as rebellion. If the Union Flag/Jack or St. George’s Cross (the flag of England) is flown from anywhere in Austenasia it will be seen as rebellion. [This paragraph has been changed – see XXX Jon.
