Act 108, Law 2 is hereby repealed, and Act 22 is hereby reaffirmed. The Chief Ambassador shall attempt to gain recognition from the United Kingdom for Austenasia as an independent, sovereign nation-state.
Act 134, Law 8 is hereby repealed. In response to the Grand Chancellor of Yabloko denouncing the sovereignty of both the Empire of Austenasia and Yabloko itself, Austenasia hereby revokes all recognition of the Students’ Isocratic Oligarchy of Yabloko as an independent state, and revokes all recognition given to any Yablokon land claims or claims to sovereignty.
Act 138, Law 5, Paragraph B is hereby repealed. In regards to the Vote of No Confidence passed against HIM Emperor Esmond III by Act 149, neither Monarch shall from henceforth hold the title Joint Sovereign of the Glorious Order of St. John, the Order of the Bullmastiff, and the Austenasian Order. In regards to Act 149, HIM Emperor Esmond III may no longer exercise any powers of the Throne, including the right to grant knighthoods, and so he is no longer Sovereign of any Order of Chivalry. HIM Emperor Declan I shall from henceforth hold the separate titles Sovereign of the Glorious Order of St. John, Sovereign of the Order of the Bullmastiff, and Sovereign of the Austenasian Order.
Act 139, Law 1, Paragraph A is hereby repealed. It is hereby recognised that HIM Emperor Declan I has held the Rushymian title Theocrat of Atkantia since 16 December 2010 – this title hereby united with the Throne of Austenasia, and shall be held by the Monarch until abdication or death (although HIM Emperor Esmond III is a titular Monarch of Austenasia, he shall not hold the title Theocrat of Atkantia except in the scenario that HIM Emperor Declan I dies or abdicates before he does so).
