In regards to the fact that, due to demands caused by his current phase of secondary education, HIH Crown Prince Jonathan may not be able to exercise his powers and duties as Prime Minister to a sufficient degree, it is hereby decided that an Acting Prime Minister shall be appointed for the necessary amount of time.
From 14:45 on 5 June 2011 until 14:45 on 22 June 2011, the powers, rights, roles, duties and responsibilities of the Prime Minister shall be held by Lord Marshal William Kingsnorth, 2nd Baron of Zephyria rather than by HIH Crown Prince Jonathan.
From 14:45 on 5 June 2011 until 14:45 on 22 June 2011, the title and office of Acting Prime Minister shall be held by Lord Marshal William Kingsnorth, 2nd Baron of Zephyria. HIH Crown Prince Jonathan shall still hold the title of Prime Minister, but shall not exercise any powers of that office. At the end of this period, all powers, rights, roles, duties and responsibilities of the Prime Minister shall be re-assumed by HIH Crown Prince Jonathan.
