The Purpose of this Act is to unite three titles originating from the Kingdom of Rushymia to offices within the Austenasian government and military, so that the holders of said offices will automatically hold the relevant title upon election or appointment to the relevant offices.

The title Warlord of the Playground, created by Ferengool of Rushymia in June 1997 and held by Sir Gregory Allen, KOM since September 2005, is recognised to be through convention either granted by voluntary act of the incumbent’s predecessor (the means by which it was gained by Sir Gregory Allen, KOM) or assumed or bestowed by the Rushymian head of state (the means by which it was gained by King Alex of Rushymia, King Billy of Rushymia, and Midget Master Jonathan (II) of the Midget Empire). As the Monarch of Austenasia is also head of state of Rushymia, it is permitted for the title to be bestowed through the powers of the Monarch. The title Warlord of the Playground is hereby united with the office Magister Militum of the Austenasian Army – Magisters Militum shall assume the title upon being appointed to said office, and shall lose it when they lose said office. Lord William Kingsnorth, Baron of Zephyria is hereby granted the title Warlord of the Playground as Magister Militum.

The title General of Rushymia, created by General James of Rushymia in October 1995 and held by HM King Ptolemy IV since 21 October 2010, is recognised to be bestowed by the Rushymian head of state. As the Monarch of Austenasia is also head of state of Rushymia, it is permitted for the title to be bestowed through the powers of the Monarch. The title General of Rushymia is hereby united with the office Minister of Defence of Austenasia – Ministers of Defence shall assume the title upon being appointed to said office, and shall lose it when they lose said office. Lord William Kingsnorth, Baron of Zephyria is hereby granted the title General of Rushymia as Minister of Defence.

The title Vizier of Rushymia, created by King Alex of Rushymia in December 1997 and held by Dr. Sir James Puchowki, KOR et al since 21 October 2010, is recognised to be bestowed by the Rushymian head of state. As the Monarch of Austenasia is also head of state of Rushymia, it is permitted for the title to be bestowed through the powers of the Monarch. The title Vizier of Rushymia is hereby united with the position Prime Minister of Austenasia – Prime Ministers shall assume the title upon being elected to said office, and shall lose it when they lose said office. HIH Crown Prince Jonathan is hereby granted the title Vizier of Rushymia as Prime Minister. [Some terms in this paragraph have been clarified – see V Jon. I 2013, Paragraph 3]
