A Vote of No Confidence is hereby passed against HIM Emperor Esmond III.
In regards to Act 107, Law 10, HIM Emperor Esmond III is hereby deprived of all the imperial powers and all the rights, duties, and responsibilities of the Throne. He shall keep all titles.
In regards to Act 141, Law 5, Paragraph A, Subsection II, a Regent shall not be appointed unless HIM Emperor Declan I is deprived of the Throne.
HIM Emperor Declan I is now sole possessor of the Throne.
Should HIM Emperor Esmond III die or abdicate before HIM Emperor Declan I, then HIM Emperor Declan I shall become sole Monarch, but the Line of Succession shall stay the same according to Act 113, Law 11 and Act 138, Law 3, Paragraph C.
Should HIM Emperor Declan I die or abdicate before HIM Emperor Esmond III, then a Regent will be appointed under Act 107, Laws 5-9
In regards to Act 107, Law 12, HIM Emperor Esmond III may only return to the Throne if more than 80% of Parliament votes for him to do so, after he has been declared mentally able by a qualified psychiatrist. If HIM Emperor Esmond III does return to the Throne, Law 3 of this same Act shall automatically be repealed.
In regards to Act 141, Law 6, the present Counsellors of State are hereby declared to be:
HIH Crown Prince Jonathan
Lord Marshal William Kingsnorth, 2nd Baron of Zephyria
HM King Calum I
HIH Princess Caroline
Lady Margaret Austen, 1st Baroness of Glencrannog, DHJ, DOR, DPP
As a Vote of No Confidence, this Act has been passed in accordance with Act 141, Law 5, Paragraph A, Subsection I.
