Act 2, Law 3 is hereby repealed. Residents of Austenasia are welcome to buy and sell outside of the Empire, and may bring back any items across the border into Austenasia so long as said item has not been banned in the Empire.

Act 23, Law 1 is hereby repealed.

Act 44, Law 2 is hereby repealed. A pregnancy may not be terminated unless the child will, to the best of qualified doctors’ knowledge, have a severe mental or physical disability or have inherited a genetic disease, and the pregnancy is before its 12th week. A pregnancy may only be terminated with the consent of the mother, father (if possible to contact), and at least two qualified doctors. Any termination of pregnancy outside of the terms of this law is the crime of murder.

Act 83, Laws 5-7 are hereby repealed. Once allowed over the border, tourists and foreign nationals may stay as long as they wish unless they plan to take up permanent residence.

Act 98, Law 3 is hereby repealed. Pets Day is hereby to be annually celebrated as a public holiday on 17 May. A remembrance ceremony is to be held at Wrythe Pet Cemetery every Pets Day, led by the Representative (or if they can not attend, the Baron/Baroness) of Wrythe, where flowers will be laid on the grave of each pet. Any necessary repairs to Wrythe Pet Cemetery will be made, before the remembrance ceremony.

Act 74, Law 1 is hereby repealed. A Subject of the Empire of Austenasia is a person who is over 13 years of age and has either lived in Austenasia for more than 3 years or is currently serving in the Austenasian Army after being enlisted for more than 10 days and has seen combat. Subjects of Austenasia may also hold the position of a Citizen of the United Kingdom at the same time, but must always put being a Subject of Austenasia before being a Citizen of the United Kingdom. In regards to Act 111, Law 1, the Empire of Austenasia hereby recognises the Socialist Union of Nemkhavia and Pristinia as the legal successor state of the Socialist Federal Republic of Nemkhavia. [This law has been changed – see Act 119, Law 1]
