Commius Flats (see Act 95) is hereby divided into two halves – the half furthest away from the Imperial Residence (1 Imperial Road) is hereby renamed Tincomarus Department.
Act 95, Law 4 is hereby repealed. Commius Flats is now public property.
The Empire of Austenasia hereby surrenders sovereignty over Tincomarus Department to the Slinky Empyre, on the condition that HIH Empress Margaret is appointed Vycereine of the land.
