It is hereby recognised that Tincomarus Department has been under military occupation by the Empire of Austenasia since 6 March 2011, as ordered by Act 144, Law 4.
Tincomarus Department is hereby annexed to the Empire of Austenasia. Commius Flats now comprises the area of land formerly known as such, and Tincomarus Department.
Act 113, Law 9 is hereby repealed. The position, title, and office Viceroy/Vicereine of Tincomarus Department is hereby abolished. Vicereine Margaret, 1st Baroness of Glencrannog, DHJ, DOR, DPP shall from henceforth be known as Lady Margaret Austen, 1st Baroness of Glencrannog, DJH, DOR, DPP.
Cohors I Declana is hereby granted the battle honour of Tincomarus Department 2011 in recognition of the part it played in successfully occupying Tincomarus Department. The cohort is hereby ordered to now withdraw from the land, which shall now be administered as part of Commius Flats, Wrythe.
