Act 103, Law 1, Paragraph I and Act 103, Law 9 are hereby repealed. On the basis of an internal revolution resulting in the loss of government, the Empire of Austenasia (in accordance with Act 103, Law 11) hereby revokes all recognition of the Slinky Empyre as a sovereign state and/or nation.
In regards to Act 112, Law 3, and in regards to Law 1 of this same Act, the Empire of Austenasia no longer recognises any state as exercising sovereignty over Tincomarus Department.
Acknowledging the claim to sovereignty over Tincomarus Department by the United Kingdom that was rejected by the Empire’s Founding and made defunct by the annexation of Commius Flats (see Act 95), the Empire of Austenasia considers it to be detrimental to the national interest of Austenasia to allow the United Kingdom to reassert its sovereignty over former Austenasian territory.
In regards to Law 3 of this same Act, the Dux Britanniarum is hereby ordered to lead Cohors I Declana in occupying Tincomarus Department and annexing it back into the Empire of Austenasia. As Tincomarus Department has no permanent population, the principle of national self-determination does not need to be considered, and as the Empire of Austenasia recognises no claim of sovereignty being held over Tincomarus Department, this Law is not a declaration of war.
