The cemented area roughly 106 square feet in area which is directly north-east of 2 Imperial Road is hereby named Commius Flats.
Commius Flats – being in the property of 312 Green Wrythe Lane and so rightfully part of the Empire since its Founding – is hereby annexed by the Empire of Austenasia through military force.
Commius Flats is hereby in the Town of Wrythe.
Commius Flats is hereby designated as State property under the usage of the Ministry of Defence. Lord General William Kingsnorth, 2nd Duke of Royton, KOR, KCA, DSC, is, as Minister of Defence, hereby appointed as Steward of Commius Flats. [This law has been repealed – see Act 112, Law 2]
