In the interests of justice and democracy, a subject is entitled to vote in a general election or referendum should it be the day of the vote (id est, midnight to midnight) according to Coordinated Universal Time and/or the time zone which is in use in the jurisdiction of their residence. A subject is entitled to vote in a local election should it be the day of the election (id est, midnight to midnight) according to the time zone which is in use in their Town or City (and/or, in the case of residents of a March which has a different time zone to that of its Town or City, the time zone used by the March in question).
As an addendum, in accordance with Paragraph 2 of the Subjectship Act 2014, The Rt Hon. Austin Jaax is hereby granted non-residential subjectship of the Empire of Austenasia.
