In accordance with Article III, Section B, Paragraph 4 of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, we hereby direct that, upon the confirmation by Parliament of this Imperial Decree, the provisions contained within this same Imperial Decree shall enter into force.
The Monarch may by public declaration unilaterally bestow non-residential subjectship to any applicant person older than sixteen years old, subject to said applicant having the express sponsorship of an Austenasian Noble (not including the Monarch him/herself, if applicable) and making the following statement of allegiance:
“I, [full name], do solemnly, sincerely and truly declare and affirm that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to His Imperial Majesty Emperor Jonathan I, his heirs and successors, according to law.”
The said statement of allegiance shall be said either while kneeling or, where applicable, whilst holding scripture of the faith adhered to by the applicant.
