The Purpose of this Act is to grant all incumbent Governors and Governing Commissioners who are willing the status of a subject of Austenasia, while disregarding the usual dual citizenship rules in this particular case, so as to maximise the areas under Austenasian sovereignty which are administered by Austenasians.

In accordance with Article III, Section B, Paragraph D of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the status of subject is hereby granted by Parliament to HM Prince Andrew I of Sabovia (Governor of Corinium Terentium); to Dux Sir Joseph Kennedy, KCA (Governing Commissioner of New Richmond); and to Tribune Jacob Lewis (Governing Commissioner of Terentia).

The Monarch is hereby granted full consent by Parliament to grant, by public declaration before 1 July 2014 and by Imperial Edict or Imperial Decree after said date, the status of subject on its behalf to HM Queen Astrid of Zealandia (Governing Commissioner of New South Scotland); to Rubens Machado, CAO (Governing Commissioner of Axvalley); and/or to Lord Centurion Alastair Cranston, Baron of Beith Craobh Iostan (Governing Commissioner of Shineshore).

In accordance with Decree IX Jon. I, those granted the status of subjects under Paragraphs 2 or 3 of this same Act shall not be required to relinquish any other citizenship held.
