  1. The purpose of this Act is to is to make it possible for past, incumbent and future Governors and Governing Commissioners who have not already been made so to become subjects, while disregarding the usual dual citizenship rules in this particular case, so as to maximise the areas under Austenasian sovereignty which are administered by Austenasians and enable those who are members of The Imperial Majesty’s Government to secure the rights of other members of the Government.

  2. In accordance with Article III, Section B, Paragraph D of the Austenasian Constitution of 2011, the status of subject may be bestowed by Imperial Decree or Imperial Edict on holders of the offices of Governor, Governing Commissioner and any deputies thereof, as well as former holders of the aforementioned offices.

  3. In accordance with Decree IX Jon. I, those granted the status of subjects under Paragraph 2 of this same Act shall not be required to relinquish any other citizenship held.
